Dr. Dev Dalal is an Associate Professor of psychology at University at Albany, State University of New York. Dev's research focuses on issues in personnel psychology, decision sciences, and research and quantitative methods. Dev holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University (2012) and an MA in Applied Social Psychology from Loyola University Chicago (2007).

Levi Sassaman, M.A., is a Research Analyst at Heidrick & Struggles, where he leverages emergent technology like generative AI to develop scalable talent assessment and leadership development solutions. Levi is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in IO Psychology at University at Albany, State University of New York. He has published peer-reviewed articles on topics such as selection, recruitment, and decision making.
